Shipping Cost
Pre-order price of shipping is not included in the advertised price of Mamou-Mani products. Shipping is added based on your products, shipping choices and location.
Shipping outside of EU
We ship outside of EU. You are responsible for estimating and covering any additional taxes, fees and/or other costs associated with shipment to these locations.
International Shipping
We ship to international addresses. You are responsible for estimating and covering your country tax, tariff, duty, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with shipment of Mamou-Mani products to these locations.
By purchasing this product for shipment outside of the United Kingdom you acknowledge and assume responsibility to conform with local laws and regulations while importing and using the product. You acknowledge that Mamou-Mani is not responsible for regulatory compliance within your country.
Returns Policy
Mamou-Mani Ltd accepts returns for refunds or exchanges, subject to the following:
You can return purchased items if faulty to Mamou-Mani Ltd within 30 days. If the item is faulty initially a repair service is offered, if that does not remedy the problem an exchange or a refund is offered.
Before returning
Before returning an item, contact us at returns@mamou-mani.com, to explain the reason for the return, the details of your original order, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Shipping
Pack the item to prevent damage in transit. Insure the package for its value, as you will be responsible for damage in transit. Use a shipping service that allows you to track the package. You are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. Once received we will issue you a credit for all shipping costs incurred.
International Returns
Presently, all of our facilities are located in the UK. Mamou-Mani Ltd is not responsible for international return shipping costs and any incidental fees or tariffs. You should make yourself familiar with your region’s customs policies and shipping providers.
Upon Receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for refund or exchange has been approved. We may charge a fee for missing or used accessories.
Refund
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting Mamou-Mani Ltd, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment service.
Exchange
If an exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you.
