These panels were developed for the University of Hastings, U.K. They are a representation of the Bayeux Tapestry and are use as ventilation panels for the building. They were built by RMIG, several pictures below show the tools used for punching the holes at the factory. As shown on the video, we used a genetic algorithm to keep an opening ratio of 40% throughout the façade regardless of the pattern.
